WHY IS THERE A FEED ERROR WHEN TRYING TO OPEN THE APPLICATION?

Twitter is a beast, and sometimes unreliable. On Occasion, they experience server-side issues with their system so they may temporarily lower the limit of requests applications can make to there servers to adjust for volume of traffic. If you are getting this error. Try again in a few minutes. It should be fine. If, not. Email us.

WHY IS THERE AN ATHLETE MISSING FROM THE FEED? I KNOW HE/SHE IS ON TWITTER AND I SEE UPDATES FROM THEIR TWITTER PAGE.

Two reason. One, we may not know that this athlete belongs on that team or group. Please let us know if you see this and we will be sure to confirm and add them to the feed. We do our best to keep up, but sometimes there ones that slip through the cracks. Two, The iphone apps pull from the Twitter accounts RSS feed. Due to the high volume of Twitter traffic, occasionaly there are issues with their RSS feeds. This usually resolves itself in a short period of time. If that doesn’t seem to be the case, by all means contact us.

SOME OF MY BUTTONS DO NOT SEEM TO BE WORKING OR THEY ARE SLOW

The Twitter apps have java implemented in them. Sometimes but not often the 3G and 1stGen iPhones can be a little slow to render the java script. The new 3GS phones are faster and handle java better. If this is happening simply give the app a few moments to load when it opens. For best results, reboot your phone to clear out it’s cache.

WHY ISN’T MY TEAM IN THE APP STORE?

This is simple. There may not be enough players on the team to validate an app. We try to focus on teams with at least 5 players with public Twitter accounts. If you believe there is a valid reason that there should be an app, convince us and we will build it!
